Mom always had a soft spot for down in their luck friends and this time her friend Sandra and her Llhasa Apso dog, "Francis Albert Sinatra" (aka Frankie) was staying with Mom in Long Beach. Sandra had a garage sale and Judy made the most of it by donning any extras she could find including the "wizard of oz" socks, shoes, fur stole and crazy hat! That's my mom!
