Thursday April 25, 2013 at about 10:35pm, Judy sailed on to heaven to be with the Lord and join her family and friends there. She was calm and peaceful all day and not in pain and we were so thankful for that. Myself (Lisa), Cyndi, Josh (Cyndi's spouse) and Josiah her grandson were there as well as her awesome caregivers from Seasons and her 2nd family from Emeritus Oceanside. April 25 was her parents' wedding anniversary - Otto and Bernice Wissner. It was also Judy and Don Ness' anniversary and a full moon in 2013.
